Be aware of angry customers

One of my WordPress plugin projects, StreamWP, has recently launched a new version, and I notified all existing customers via the streamwp aweber list.

Not only did we re-write the plugin from scratch, we also updated the site, the payment system, the download system, and the support system. One big overhaul, in order to increase customer satisfaction.

We use UserVoice as our ticket support system, and absolutely love it. Response times are much faster, we don’t lose any tickets, and we’re building a dynamic knowledge base, every time we awnser a question.

Anyway, I’m getting side tracked here. The point of this post was to demonstrate, that no matter how hard you try, there’s always gonna be people that are impossible to please. And they even feel the need to try and ruin your business, by writing up bad blog posts about your product. – (mirror)

This particular customer opened a few tickets, asking for a download link of the new 1.5 version, to which she would be entitled if she had bought the full plugin prior to this update.

So ten days ago, I sent her this as a reply to her ticket, with download link #1 (screenshot)
Then, 9 days ago, once again, I reply to her second request, with download link #2 (screenshot)

I get no reply, but three days later, she decides to throw around the SCAMMER word on our suggestions board. I removed the comment there, and didn’t get a screenshot of it unfortunately. I sent her an email following that, asking wheter she did or did not receive her new links yet. No response. So I figured, I’d add her to gtalk and ask her there. No response.

Then today, she triumphantly leaves spam on the suggestions board again. This time with a link to her bad review about not only StreamWP, but also a completely different plugin we created which she’s bought previously.

Angry, angry woman!

Anyway, with this blog post, I hope she receives a pingback, reads this and figures out that we really did try and get in touch with her, on numerous occasions.

Did Imran Naseem really just say this?

Woohee! This one nearly made me wet my pants! Imran is now calling out other Warrior Forum members, accusing them of rehashing money making methods!

Because last time Imran was caught, stealing someone elses report, and flogging it as his own WSO, he managed to cry hard and long enough for the WF mods to remove his thread. No body, no case right? So I got the Google Cache links for this thread.

Anyway, I am referring to: Part 1Part 2

And look at this screenshot. Notice how he has a hard time justifying a $27 purchase, yet in his signature, he’s claiming that he is making thousands of dollars per month from facebook, another couple of thousand from offline schemes, and how he makes a fortune on YouTube.

Then he goes ahead, pretends to buy the product, and have a ~250 review just 10 minutes later, trashing the report (der!) So spiteful and petty that he’s trying hard to ruin someone elses WSO.

Here’s a few astonishing things that Imran actually said to this WSO seller:

The report is just a rehash of existing methods you can find on the Internet.

I can show you proof but for a measly amount of money I think you have shot yourself in the foot by not only making yourself look like a complete fool but also someone who I have no intention of doing business with.

And now that we’re on the subject of Imran Naseem (yet again) I’d also like to make a quick reply to “Jim” who left a comment on one of the other Imran posts here. “Jim” seems to be the only person who loves Imran.

1. Bob, I think this blog is bullshit. You start a blog to bash a guy whose products you’ve never purchased? – No, I did not start this blog to bash a guy whose products I never purchased. It just so happens that he caught my interest when he was acting like an assclown. I wrote a few posts regarding Mr Imran Naseem himself, not his products. That’s all.

2. Sounds like most of the people on this forum have never bought anything from Imran, so your credibility as an “authority” is dubious, at best. – Hold on, back up there. We’re talking about a post on my blog here. Not any forums. You didn’t just copy and paste your comment as a “damage control” effort did you? And hey, I never claimed to be an authority, on anything for that matter.

3. Regarding all your “rehashing” points – I think you’re a bit off comparing Imran’s steal-copy-paste-sell-profit “business model” with teachers, athletes, coaches, and surgeons, that practice a respectable profession.

4. Would you give up on a profitable niche if you were making great money with it? – Would you show everyone else how you are making thousands and thousands of dollars per week, in a $5 report? Wouldn’t that be shooting yourself in the foot?

5. so you have to bash someone else in a feeble attempt to make yourself look better – You mean like constantly throwing around accusations of scamming and slurs, shouting at the top of your lungs that you have proof, but when people ask for it, you don’t have any proof to present?

6. I am not here to defend anybody, but those of you who are bashing someone who does an effective job at providing GOOD training information to his buyers (at a reasonable price), without your even having read the material you are bashing, must have your own hidden agenda, which is more transparent than you may think. – The only agenda I have is to make sure as many people as possible are aware of what a scammer Imran Naseem really is, and hopefully they can save a bit of money and some frustration.

Seriously “Jim” I’m just wondering how much Imran paid you to write up that 711 word comment. And on how many blog posts/forum threads you’re spinning it to help salvage whatever is left of your reputation, Imran.

My advice to people who found this post while searching on Google for Imran Naseem products, do not waste your time or money.

Imran Naseem Banned – Does a BooHoo

Honestly, I wasn’t looking for more Imran Naseem material. But I kinda stumbled across this post on the warrior forum. Amazing how Mr Naseem dodges all valid questions from someone that wants to buy his product, and simply tells them DON’T BUY. Obviously Imran cannot produce the proof that the buyer requested, and so tries to shift the attention to the potential buyer, by saying that the buyer should take action instead of complain (which he doesn’t), be productive, and not browse forums all day.

So how the hell are people supposed to buy your products Imran? If all you do is promote your WSO’s on WarriorForum? And you’re telling them not to browse the forums? And what’s this bullshit about you not browsing any other forums but WF? Oh, is that because the similar thread you opened on Digital Point Forums got you banned from there? (Imran has a cry about DP after he got banned here. (mirror).

Why don’t you prove us all wrong about you, and answer the simple questions elirainc asked you about the product you are offering for sale?

What’s kinda scary is that the original post by Elirainc was removed by a mod or admin on WF. Seemed like legitimate questions a consumer might have before buying a product to me.

And I gotta say – Love all the users with 25 posts or less bumping the thread all the time. Proxy much? Come on people on WarriorForum. Wake up and smell the coffee – the ONLY way Imran Naseem is making money is by selling bullshit WSO’s to you. He even had a WSO (mirror) about making money with WSO’s at one time. The site is offline – Imran probably figured out that some people might start connecting the dots.

Oh, and if you lookup “Ironic” in the picture dictionary, you’ll most likely see something like this screenshot:
