I had this problem just a couple of weeks ago when I was on vacation in France for two weeks. Two of the days I managed to find an IT-café, just to find several thousands of posts waiting for me. With this method it would be possible to update my feeds, go home and read them, write about them (Windows Live Writer), and then upload them next time I come to an IT-café.
