Twitter sticky note spam by Diggo?

When I logged in on my twitter page this morning, I noticed several floating sticky notes from people asking me to follow them on Twitter. WTF? How did they manage to edit my page?  Ah wait, looks like it’s a ‘feature’ which Diigo provides. I’m not too familiar with Diggo, or their sticky notes, but I’m pretty sure this is not how they are supposed to work.

I’ve posted a sticky note on @problogger to see if this is visible to Diggo users only, or if its there for the world to see. In any case, I think Diigo needs to change a few things around- one being that people that I do not know cannot add public sticky notes on my pages.

I love the smell of a new blog in the morning

The famous wordpress logoOk, so I took a cheesy movie line and morphed it into an even cheesier first post title. If I knew what the abbreviation meant, I would have said WFC. But enough of that. Too busy setting up my brandnew blog. All I needed was a little bit of filler text to see what it all looks like when I’m done.

Just for the sake of it, a nice, shiny WordPress logo would be quite suitable in this post. My promise to you; there will be a lot of really interesting posts coming soon. And if you’re lucky, more of these too probably.

In the meantime, feel free to subscribe to my RSS feed. You could be one of the fortunate first ones. Now there’s something you could brag about once I reach 100.000+ subscribers! Consider it a ‘collectors edition’.
